Although taken away from her home and everyone she knew the mermaid was fascinated by her new home. There was a much greater variety of views, foods and people than she had known in her sea life. Although fish was still her favourite food she decided that cake was nice too. She could tell that her new owner was trying to be kind and she spent many hours swimming in the pool. She was beginning to understand the meaning of words. Bill was delighted when she first spoke or rather sang her first words. After the trauma of her kidnap the mermaid was slowly becoming happy again.
95% of my pictures use Daz Studio. The shaders and picture quality of Poser are slightly superior. Nothing against Poser but all my content is neatly filed under Daz Studio and its a massive job indexing it for Poser also.
I actually picked up Daz 4.5 on their freebie sale...plugged it into my student copy of Poser. I have to admit it is a smoother interface for modeling, and I don't really do much 3D work...I use Poser mostly to define outlines, poses, and light/displacement maps. The rest I do by hand. However I try to construct the models precisely so I can re-use them and not have them seem so...cookie-cutter. (I have seen Poser misused and abused...)
